WiseChoice Wellness Collective was founded to bring clinical-grade exercise physiology to the people who benefit from it most — with real science, real data, and real accountability.
WiseChoice Wellness Collective was founded by Isaiah D. Lee, M.S. — a clinical exercise physiologist with a master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and years of experience across cardiac rehabilitation, cardiac stress testing, and clinical exercise practice.
Isaiah's career spans cardiac rehabilitation and stress testing at a major health network and his current role as an Exercise Physiologist serving veterans. He founded WiseChoice to practice fully within his professional scope — developing exercise programs, delivering structured education, conducting research, and providing nutrition guidance and diet coaching.
A U.S. Army veteran with four years of service, Isaiah built WiseChoice with a clear mission: to make clinical-grade wellness genuinely accessible to individuals from undereducated and economically underserved communities, while always recognizing and supporting fellow veterans.
The philosophy is simple — wiser choices, made consistently, produce real results. Every program is grounded in science, built around the individual, and measured with real data.
WiseChoice exists to close the gap between clinical-grade wellness knowledge and the communities that too often go without it. We serve individuals from undereducated and economically underserved backgrounds with the same science, care, and accountability you'd expect from a clinical setting — and we proudly support fellow veterans along the way.
Wellness where people actually live — in Pittsburgh's neighborhoods.
Good health shouldn't require a fancy facility or a big budget. WiseChoice brings clinical-grade coaching to everyday people, in everyday places — grounded in the belief that wiser choices, made consistently, add up to real change.
That mindset shapes every program: practical, science-backed, and built around your life rather than an idealized version of it.
